About this event

Meet at Liberty Ledges park at the playground and we can run around the fields.
Couch to 5K : You will be doing 2 min run/2 min walk for 24 mins and then can finish with a cool down walk. This is not an adult only event so bring strollers and train with the kids.Walkers can stay on the track or go off on a trail if they like.
