Stretching improves posture, increases range of motion & flexibility, reduces muscle and joint pain and reduces stress by promoting improved blood and oxygen flow, enhancing mental clarity and even energy levels. Who doesn't need that going into the holidays??

Join Fitness Club for a FREE private group assisted stretch session with StretchLab on Saturday Dec. 14th from 2:15-3:15 at their Pinecrest location.
