Meet us after work for an illuminated cross country ski adventure!
Enjoy free ski rental and some snacks and warm beverages around the fire. SECPTA will cover up to 2 hours of cross country ski rental.
Chapin Forest (the ski lodge is at the Hobart Rd. entrance) will hold Driver's License/ID for anyone renting and will require a waiver filled out onsite. Rental includes skis, boots & poles.
There is a lighted trail through the woods that is mostly level and also nice for hiking if you're not into the skis. There is also a small bunny hill behind the playground to practice on that is also fun for sledding for littles. (it's not very steep so ideal for younger toddlers)
