Join Fitness Club on a Wednesday evening for a very beginner friendly introduction class for FREE (Secpta will cover your class fee).
Open to all levels of fitness! They understand CrossFit can be intimidating and can scale movements as necessary.
Please arrive 15 min early to sign waivers and get settled in. CrossFit Cadre will offer a promo to participants interested in joining.
