SECPTA Soccer is back for 2022! Children age 3-5 of SECPTA members are eligible to play and have fun learning the basics of the game!Registration begins Aug. 1 and ends Aug. 17.
Soccer starts Sept. 10 and is held each Saturday morning at Solon Community Park between baseball fields 6 7 and 8)for six weeks. (Rain date is Oct. 22.)Coaches will lead children in “practice” for the first half hour of the allotted time, then a “game” will take place after practice. After the game, children will enjoy snacks donated on a rotating basis by parents.
Participants are broken into two age groups: 3 and early 4s, and late 4s and 5s. If you have a teammate preference,please indicate that within the registration form.We’ll do our best to accommodate.
We need coaches! We rely on parent volunteers to coach – no soccer experience is needed, only an ability to keep the kids moving, safe and having fun.

To register on Aug. 1: Go to SECPTA.net and navigate in the events menu toSept. 10 Soccer. Click the event, then “register now” and follow prompts.
Please do not wait to register! While we try to accommodate late signups, registering by the Aug. 17 deadline guarantees your child a spot in soccer. Any parent who registers their child after Aug. 17 risks their child missing out or not receiving a T-shirt, due to T-shirt printer requirements.

Note:Only SECPTA members may register their children for soccer and memberships are valid from July 1,2022 to June 30, 2023 due to Ohio PTA rules.If you join or renew your membership for fall soccer, it will enable your child to play spring T-Ball, too.
